The appellation Côtes de Provence is 20 000 hectares wide and covers 84 communities in the departments of the Var, the Bouches du Rhône and the Alpes Maritimes. This zone goes through Provençal soils like Limestone at the West and North, up to crystalline Provence South and East. The result of the variety of this terroir: there are different types of Côtes de Provence with their proper personality from geological and climatic differences. The appellation offers a large and rich palette of colors, with expressive and clear Rosés, fruity and dark Reds, and brilliant and floral White wines. 

The appellation Coteaux Varois en Provence covers over 2700 hectares on 28 communities in Var department, in the heart of limestone Provence, between the Sainte Baume mountain and Les Gorges du Verdon-Verdon Canyon up North. The vines are located at an altitude between 350 and 500 meters: the hot summer daytimes are temperate by fresh nighttime’s, and the harsh and cold winters are different from the rest of the region. These conditions are perfect for dry wines, with rich and fresh fruit for the Rosés and Whites, generous and silky for the Reds. 

The appellation Coteaux du Verdon is French wines from the IGP Var whose name comes from the Verdon river who goes through the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, the Bouches-du-Rhône and the Var. The Coteaux du Verdon are located at the bottom of the Northern Alps and cover 50 kilometers. The vineyards in the Verdon have a mediterranean climate, both warm and moderate, that is great for both fruity, fresh and well-structured wines.
